Introduction to IPX3 IPX4 rain test machine:
This rain test device is equipped with 3 glass flowmeters, enabling simultaneous monitoring of flow rates at multiple points, while reducing the impact of single-point errors on overall test results, thereby enhancing the accuracy of the tests.
- The counterweight is added at the bottom of the case to lower the center of gravity of the case and make the device more stable when swinging.
- There is a water storage tank inside the equipment and a water level control system. When it is short of water, it will alarm.
- The sample power socket (220V, 10A) is mounted under the control cabinet, which is convenient for the user to do the live test of the sample; and after the sample is powered on, the turntable rotation will be automatically adjusted to forward and reverse rotation to prevent winding 5.
- The swing tube is driven by a servo motor, with precise swing angle and low noise.
- Controller: 7-inch touch screen + PLC, using Yuexin self-developed software, which can be switched to multiple languages6.
- Stainless steel counterweights are added at both ends of the swing tube to improve the fluency of swing and reduce the shaking range of the swing tube.
- Universal casters are mounted on the bottom, which has good load-bearing and easy to move and fix the equipment.
- Protection measures: short circuit protection, water shortage alert.
- The cabinet has been weighted, which can effectively reduce the centre of gravity and make the pendulum swing more smoothly without great shaking.
- Pendulum using CNC technology processing, nozzle spacing of 50mm, stainless steel, factory will be high-pressure rinsing, to avoid clogging of impurities.
- The swing angle of the pendulum tube can be customised to meet more scenarios of testing needs.
- The diameter of the rotary table is matched according to the specifications of the pendulum tube, such as R200-φ200mm rotary table, R400-φ400mm rotary table.
- Spray water can not be recycled, the test need to maintain a continuous water inlet, the internal water tank, if due to accidental water cut off, it will not affect the progress of the test, you can continue to spray water.

8 The specifications of swing pipe for IPX3/4 rain test, as shown in the figure below:
9 The standard model is adjusted by a flowmeter, and the upper surface of the float is aligned with the scale to read the data; if you need to export the test data, you can choose a flow sensor.
10 When reading the flowmeter, the second digit after the decimal point is the estimated reading data, not accurate data; if the user is concerned about the accuracy of the data, a flow sensor can be selected through negotiation.
