Product knowledge:
The equipment boasts a swing tube with customizable velocity and precise angular adjustments, empowering it to replicate diverse rainfall intensities and directions. This facilitates the evaluation of product performance under realistic rainy scenarios.
- There is a water storage tank inside the equipment and a water level control system. When the water is full, it will prompt, and when it is short of water, it will alarm.The sample power socket (220V, 10A) is mounted on the right wall of the inner box, which is convenient for the user to do the live test of the sample; and after the sample is powered on, the turntable rotation will be automatically adjusted to forward and reverse rotation to prevent winding 5. And there is a waterproof lighting inside, which is convenient for users to observe the test situation.
- Controller: 7-inch touch screen + PLC, using Yuexin self-developed software, which can be switched to multiple languages6.
- Test time setting: 0-999min7.
- Universal casters are mounted on the bottom, which has good load-bearing and easy to move and fix the equipment.
- Protection measures: short circuit protection, water shortage alert.
- Conventional box-type equipment swing tube specifications are generally R200, R400, R600, can be customised according to user needs to do larger specifications (need to assess the budget, delivery period and other factors)
- Simple installation, power on and adding water can be used, test parameters can be set on the touch screen, clear picture, easy to operate.
- The equipment adopts stainless steel water pump to ensure that the machine operates for a long time without rusting and is very durable.
- The equipment is painted in Yuexin's standard blue and white colour to emphasise the waterproof theme.

4 Standard load-bearing upper limit of turntable is 25kg,but also can be customized per requirements.

6 At present, only Chinese and English interfaces are supported; if other languages are introduced, the software can be updated remotely.
7 It is recommended to set the test time according to the test standard. The water temperature will rise due to long time test which has an impact on the test results.
8 The swing pipe can be equipped with a variety of specifications, which can be selected according to the sample size range (satisfying the spray distance <200mm), please confirm clearly before placing an order.
9 The specifications of swing pipe for IPX3/4 rain test, as shown in the figure below:
10 The standard model is adjusted by a flowmeter, and the upper surface of the float is aligned with the scale to read the data; if you need to export the test data, you can choose a flow sensor.
11 When reading the flowmeter, the second digit after the decimal point is the estimated reading data, not accurate data; if the user is concerned about the accuracy of the data, a flow sensor can be selected through negotiation.
